Up 'n About Scotland was set up in 2021 by John Toms. John is an experienced hill walker and has compleated all 282 Munro's (hills over 3000ft in Scotland) and continues to hike the Scottish hills. He moved to Scotland from Ireland in 2008 and started as a tour driver on excursions around Scotland and further a field back in 2009. He also holds the Scotland Mountain Leader qualification , NNAS (National Navigation Award Scheme) tutor award and is a qualified Outdoor First Aider with BASP.
